The journey of Arctic animals

Polar bear together with Fox and the little Penguin, decide to leave. Their habitat has become hostile: the glaciers are melting and it's starting to get very hot. Their journey aims to find a better place to live, but to do so they will have to face adventures and marvel at the beauty of the world.
